Frank DeGeorge, President (view LinkedIn)
Frank is responsible for the day to day oversight and strategic direction of The Maven Group and is a founding partner. Prior to founding The Maven Group, Frank formerly served as the Regional Director of Sales for TMP Worldwide/Hudson Global Resources, parent company of Monster.com. While at TMP/Hudson, Mr. DeGeorge focused on providing contract IT resources at all levels and grew out the most profitable region within Hudson’s national IT organization. He also was responsible for bringing in the company’s largest single source contract in history for all staffing needs to include IT, legal, manufacturing, administrative, and sales professionals for a multi-billion dollar global corporation. Mr. DeGeorge also held management positions in other industries after finishing his tour of duty in the United States Army as an Artillery Officer. Mr. DeGeorge graduated from the United States Military Academy.
Jeff Walton, COO/FSO (view LinkedIn)
Jeff is responsible for overseeing sales and operations execution at The Maven Group and is a founding partner. Jeff also serves as Facility Security Officer (FSO) for The Maven Group where he represents the company in any government security clearance issues. Prior to founding The Maven Group, Jeff formally served as a Regional Manager, IT Permanent Services for TMP Worldwide/Hudson Global Resources, parent company of Monster.com. While at TMP/Hudson, Mr. Walton focused on providing permanent placement of IT professionals on a national level. Prior to TMP/Hudson, Mr. Walton provided permanent placement professionals at Hall-Kinion, an IT specialty recruiting firm, based in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Walton also held multiple Managerial positions during a 15 year career in the Jewelry Industry. During that time he was individually responsible for regional sales and operations of over 200 employees and 20+ Million dollars a year in revenue.

Nanci has 15 years of Technical Recruiting and Account Management/Sales experience with a specialty in recruiting for engineering (mechanical and electrical, test/quality and other), software development and general IT. She started her recruiting career with global staffing leader Hall Kinion and prior to this she sold Technical Products and Services in the computer software industry for 10+ years. Nanci is a ‘military brat’ and has lived all over the world including Germany, Okinawa and various locations across The States. Nanci holds a BSBA and MBA from University of Tulsa and she currently manages The Maven Group’s Dallas office.

Matt is responsible for developing strategic relationships in the commercial and federal sectors within The Maven Group. Matt works in various areas of IT and Engineering and deals with both candidates and hiring managers across the nation. Prior to joining The Maven Group, Matt spent time with Sageworks Inc where he was an account lead in the southeast US in various accounting markets. Before Sageworks, Matt worked with the University of Tennessee while finishing his Masters. While at Tennessee, Matt worked within the $70 million athletic department from a video and data standpoint. Previous to finishing his Masters, Matt worked with the Milwaukee Brewers AAA team in Nashville as an account lead on a sales team that more than doubled any previous revenue records. Matt holds a MS, BA and minor from The University of Tennessee and currently manages The Maven Group's Nashville, TN office.
George Teague Jr., Senior Partner /Senior Recruiter (view LinkedIn)
George is responsible for developing strategic relationships in the commercial and federal sectors within The Maven Group. George works in various areas of IT and Engineering and deals with both candidates and hiring managers across the nation. George honorably served in the US Navy for 5 years as an Aviation Electronic Technician. While on active duty he graduated, with honors, from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Since transitioning back into the private sector, George has been in sales for 9 years for a variety of organizations and recently achieved his MBA from Campbell University. Before The Maven Group, George worked in the IT professional services industry where he was responsible for developing and growing client base by marketing services for contract and contract-to-hire solutions in North Carolina. Before that he worked for RecruitMilitary as an Account Executive. RecruitMilitary is the only full-service military-to-civilian recruiting firm in the United States. They use online and offline products to connect employers, franchisors, and educational institutions with men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life. George currently lives in Chapel Hill, NC.

Thomas is a North Carolina native and graduate of Appalachian State University. After college, Thomas served three years as an AmeriCorps VISTA and VISTA Leader in West Virginia working at a university and then for a small rural non-profit. James started out his recruitment career at Tradesmen International where he developed his knack for sales. After Tradesmen International, James began working at Barrington James as a full desk recruiter in Healthcare and Lifesciences Staffing. James currently lives in Raleigh, NC and works out of the Apex, NC office.

Greg moved to North Carolina in 2016 from Nashville, TN and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He comes to us from the hospitality industry where he spent the better part of 15 years with Towne Park managing large valet parking operations at 4 and 5 diamond hotels. He furthered his education in the states, graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in University Studies with an Information Technology Management Concentration.
